Do NOT buy a SwissGear bag unless you need the fixed handle to fall off the first time you use it, like swiss gear luggage did with me, although swiss gear luggage was NOT over packed. AND when you call the manufacturer to tell them swiss gear luggage was defective, 'customer service' (what a misnomer) requires YOU to pay to ship swiss gear luggage back to them to fix it or replace it. It is an over sized item and will need a huge box - think of the work and expense to return it to them! So in the event you pay $119.99 for the bag for example and it falls apart the first time you use it, then you earn the privilege to pay another $40 to ship it back to them and in the finish, you still finish up with that will likely crumble, but now you have paid $160 for it. It is ""SwissGear"" that is made in China.

This suitcase fell apart on me after a SINGLE use on holiday - non-stop flights. swiss gear luggage didn't face lots of wear and tear, yet it fell apart anyway. Don't bother purchasing this shit. Either buy the cheap stuff that you know will crumble anyway or spring for the nicer range of luggage that you know will last.
