Bought this bag on Amazon in January of 2009. With traditional use, the bag broke at intervals five months. The shoulder strap ripped with the exception of the bag. Keep in mind all I had within the bag was my Lenovo laptop (about five pounds) and many additional misc things that could not have weighed additional then a pound or 2. I complained to Amazon and that they issued me a replacement. i have been using the replacement for the past half dozen months or therefore and yet again the shoulder strap ripped faraway from the bag (in the precise same area). I went back to Amazon with my issue and that they said sorry the bag doesn't have a guaranty albeit simply months previous they issued me a replacement. i'm extraordinarily disappointed with Amazon's service and also the quality of this bag. do not buy this bag unless you intend on putting a 2-3 pound netbook in it.

I recently bought an Acer Aspire One and this bag could be a nice compliment to it. I currently use this for my travel laptop bag.
